Triple C Dairy is the dairy ranch of Bob
and Norene Camozzi. It is nestled on 810-acres in the bucolic Two Rock
Valley west of Petaluma, CA, where 400 milk cows graze on over 500 acres
of pasture throughout the year.
Bob is a fourth generation dairyman. His
great-grandparent’s dairy was an original member of the Petaluma
Cooperative Creamery, the forerunner of Clover Stornetta, and many of
Bob’s relatives are actively involved in the dairy industry today.
Bob’s father, Robert and his uncle Gene, bought dairies for each of
their sons. Bob gained ownership of his dairy in 1998 and became a
Clover producer in 2000. Over a three-year period, he transitioned the
dairy to organic and became certified in 2002. Bob is proud that his
family has worked together to stay on the land and is working hard to
keep the family heritage going for as many generations as possible.
I am very thankful to have been
invited to be part of the Clover family. Through my affiliation with
Clover, I have become a better dairyman. They’ve taught me that ‘What
the consumer wants, the consumer will get.’ It is an honor to be part of
the North Coast Excellence Program. In our North Coast area, dairymen
probably produce the best milk in the country, and I’m glad Clover
Stornetta rewards those of us in the program for our higher quality
product.”
